Canadian Environmental Drilling (CEDC) Inc. is a premier Kingston-based drilling company, offering environmental and geotechnical drilling services for groundwater related investigations, throughout Ontario. Jonathan Fillion is the founder and President of CEDC Inc. After studying environmental engineering for 3 years at St. Lawrence College, Jonathan graduated with his Civil Engineering Technology Diploma in 2002.  He began Drilling right after Commencement, and has spent 12 years gaining valuable hands-on work experience in the drilling industry, specializing in site investigation, remediation and geotechnical testing.
