We love to dance!!!!   It's wonderful exercise and it's fun!  Our goal is to teach beginners to dance and hopefully enjoy it as much as we do!  All you need is the desire to try, enjoy yourself and keep your sense of humour.  We will teach the basic steps in both Latin and Standard dances (International Style -based on the current Canadian Dance Sport Federation syllabus) as well as introduce you to some social dances that can be used on any dance floor.
