With more than 10 years of experience in the fire protection industry Mel and Beverly McKay have started their own business, Eastern Ontario Fire Protection in Frontenac and are happy to serve new clients across eastern Ontario. 

Mel is certified to perform all installation, mantainence, and inspections of kitchen hood fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers and other safety equipment as regulated by the Ontario Fire Code and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Eastern Ontario Fire Protection offers sales, installation, inspection, and maintenance of:

• full kitchen suppression systems for restaurants, institutions, chip wagons and even residential kitchens 
• fire extinguishers and fire hoses in commercial buildings
• alarm systems and sprinkler systems  

Mel is also certified and experienced in delivering fire extinguisher training.
